Since I am based in Ramanthapur, Hyderabad, I am comfortable with sessions at my home or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio if necessary. As a female student in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am eager to begin these classes immediately to improve my health and flexibility. I am looking for a dedicated trainer who can guide me through the correct techniques and help me stay consistent.
