Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness for my son is a top priority right now. I am searching for a qualified instructor in Kokapet Hyderabad to provide personalized training for a male student aged 5 to 13 years old. The sessions should cover Aerial Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Kriya Yoga to help him achieve better flexibility, stress relief, increased energy, and improved immunity. Since we are looking to start immediately, I am happy to facilitate classes at my home or travel to a nearby studio if necessary. Please note that a certification of completion is required upon finishing the course.
