As a female student above 50 years of age, I need a tutor who understands the specific needs of my age group and can guide me through safe and effective practices. I am looking to start these sessions immediately. Regarding the preferred location, I am open to either having the instructor come to my home or traveling to a studio near NIMS, Punjagutta, Hyderabad.
