Since I fall into the 22 to 50 years old age group, my main goals for these classes include achieving increased energy, maintaining general fitness, and supporting effective weight loss. I am based in Uppal Sai Nagar Colony, Hyderabad and am looking for someone who can conduct sessions at my home or is willing to travel to my location.
