My primary goal is focused on effective weight loss and overall body toning. Being a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am looking for a trainer who can conduct sessions at my home in Nizampet Vasanth Nagar Colony, Hyderabad. I am also comfortable traveling if required to reach the right facility. I plan to start these yoga classes immediately to maintain consistency.
