Developing a strong foundation in physical health and overall well-being is my main priority at this stage. Since I fall into the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am searching for a knowledgeable instructor to guide me through General Fitness sessions. I am currently living in Thumkunta, Hyderabad and have a flexible approach to learning. I am happy to attend classes at My Home, willing to travel to your studio, or participate in online classes depending on what works best for your schedule. I am not yet sure which specific yoga style will suit me best and would value your expert recommendation.
