As an individual between 22 and 50 years old, I am keen to explore a wide range of practices including Bikram, Pregnancy and Prenatal, Aerial, Hatha, Ashtanga, Power, Kriya, Kundalini, Raja, Iyengar, Patanjali, and Thai Yoga. My main objectives include weight loss, stress relief, increased energy, better flexibility, and body pain relief, alongside an interest in studying yoga philosophy and the Yoga Sutras.
