I am currently searching for a dedicated instructor to provide Ashtanga Yoga training through online classes to help me achieve my goal of maintaining general fitness. Since I reside in Gunrock Enclave Hyderabad, I prefer the flexibility of remote sessions that accommodate a busy schedule for someone in the age group of 22 to 50 years old. I am planning to start these yoga sessions within a month and would appreciate a structured approach to my practice.
