I am looking for a professional and experienced yoga instructor to conduct private sessions at my home in Rewa APSU Huzur. My primary goal is to focus on general fitness through the practice of Ashtanga Yoga. As a male student in the 14 to 21 years old age group, I am eager to find a mentor who can guide me through the correct techniques and postures. Since I plan to start yoga classes within a month, I am looking for someone who can help me achieve my health goals consistently. Please note that I require a certification of completion at the end of the course.
