To build confidence and healthy habits at this stage of my child's development, I am seeking a dedicated instructor for Patanjali Yoga. My male child is between 2 and 5 years old and we are looking for sessions focused on weight loss and overall fitness. Since we are located near IISER Bhouri, Huzur, we prefer online classes to maintain a convenient schedule. We plan to start these sessions within a month and require a certification of completion at the end of the course to track progress.
