Being in the 14 to 21 age group, I am eager to master this discipline through structured online classes from my home in Pathari Forest Range, Haridwar. My primary objective is to gain the expertise required to become a certified yoga instructor. I am looking for a knowledgeable mentor who can guide me through the correct postures and therapeutic techniques to alleviate physical discomfort safely.
