Online Tamil Language Tutor Needed - Haldwani Location

About the Job

I'm looking for a tutor to help me learn Tamil. I want to focus on learning to read and write. The class location needs to be online (video chat via Skype, Google Hangout, etc.). I am planning to start Tamil Language classes within a month. My location is Mota Haldu, Haldwani. The preferred language of instruction apart from English is not important to me.
