Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness for my son is a top priority right now. I am searching for a qualified instructor to conduct online classes in Iyengar Yoga for a male student aged between 5 and 13 years old. The main goal for these sessions is helping him achieve better flexibility through disciplined practice. Since we are based in Bari Mukhani, Haldwani, we prefer remote sessions that can start immediately. It is also important that the instructor provides a certification of completion at the end of the course to track his progress.
