Developing a strong foundation in professional yoga instruction is my primary goal as I work toward becoming a certified yoga instructor. I am based in Lamachaur, Haldwani and would prefer to attend online classes to accommodate my schedule. My focus is specifically on learning Pregnancy or Prenatal Yoga techniques, which I also plan to utilize for stress relief. It is important to note that the training will involve a male student currently in the 2 to 5 years-old age group.
