Being a female student above 50 years of age, I am specifically interested in finding a practice that serves as a remedy for body pains and aids in weight loss. My primary goals include achieving increased energy, general fitness, and effective stress relief. I am open to various yoga styles and would like to explore the best options available. I am flexible regarding the delivery method and am happy to consider online classes, training at my home, or traveling to your studio if nearby.
