As a female student above 50 years of age, my goal is to find an expert who can guide me through a personalized routine. I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, so I would appreciate a teacher who can assess my needs and help me achieve my goals of weight loss, better flexibility, stress relief, and general fitness. I am also looking for effective remedies to help with my current body pains.
