About the Job

I'm keen to find a yoga instructor to help me achieve several health goals. Living in Sector 53 DLF Phase 5, Gurgaon, I need someone who can teach either at my home, or someone I am willing to travel to. My goals for yoga are to improve immunity, find a remedy for body pains, achieve better flexibility, have increased energy, and support weight loss. I'm a female in the 22-50 years old age group.
