Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for a Yoga instructor who can help me with weight loss. I'm a female in the 22-50 years old age group and live in Sector 39, Gurgaon. I am open to attending classes at my home, but I'm also willing to travel to the tutor. I'm not sure about the specific Yoga Style that would suit me best. I am planning to start immediately.
