Balancing my daily responsibilities and health, I'm looking to start yoga classes immediately in Sushant Lok Phase 1, Gurgaon. I'm a female in the above 50 years age group, and my goals are general fitness and weight loss. I'm not sure about the preferred yoga style, and I'm open to having the classes at my home or willing to travel.
