I am looking for a professional and experienced yoga instructor to help me improve my general fitness. Since I fall into the 22 to 50 years old age group, I need a trainer who can guide me through effective routines tailored for my health goals. I am not sure yet which yoga style would suit me best, so I would appreciate an instructor who can suggest the right approach during our sessions. I am located in Gurgaon HO, Gurgaon and I am comfortable with classes at my home or even willing to travel to your studio if that works better. I am planning to start these yoga classes immediately.
