As a female student in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am eager to start my wellness journey immediately and stay consistent with my practice. I am currently based in Sector 51, Gurgaon and I am comfortable with either having the sessions at my home or traveling to a nearby studio if required. Although I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I would appreciate guidance from a professional to find what suits me best.
