I am a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old living in Sector 109 Gurgaon and my primary goal for joining these sessions is to achieve weight loss while finding a remedy for body pains and stress relief. Although I am currently not sure about a specific yoga style, I am looking for a professional who can assess my needs and guide me accordingly through online classes.
