I am looking for a dedicated and patient yoga tutor to provide personal coaching at my home in Sector 56 Kendriya Vihar, Gurgaon. As a woman above 50 years of age, my primary goals for these sessions are to achieve increased energy, find a natural remedy for body pains, and improve my overall general fitness. I am not yet sure about a specific yoga style and would appreciate guidance from a professional trainer who understands the needs of my age group. I am hoping to start these yoga classes immediately.
