I am looking for a skilled yoga instructor in DLF City Phase 1 Gurgaon to help me improve my overall health and wellness. As a female student above 50 years of age, my primary goal is to focus on Stress Relief, General Fitness, Better flexibility, Increased energy, Remedy for Body pains, Weight loss, and to Improve immunity. I am specifically interested in learning Aerial Yoga and Iyengar Yoga. I am flexible regarding the delivery of these sessions and am willing to travel to your location or have you come to my home. I am planning to start these yoga classes within a month and would love to work with a tutor who understands the needs of my age group.
