I am looking for a dedicated and skilled yoga instructor to help me start my fitness journey immediately in Sector 49 Gurgaon. As a female student in the 22 to 50 years old age group, my primary goal is to improve immunity, achieve better flexibility, and find effective stress relief through consistent practice. I am currently not sure about a specific yoga style, so I am hoping to work with a professional who can guide me and suggest what works best for my needs. I am very flexible regarding the setup and am willing to learn via online classes, at my home, or I am also willing to travel to your studio.
