I am looking for a professional and dedicated yoga instructor to help me achieve my wellness goals in DLF City Phase 2 Gurgaon. As a female student in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am eager to start sessions immediately at my home or am willing to travel to your studio if nearby. My objectives are comprehensive, focusing on weight loss, increased energy, general fitness, and finding a remedy for body pains. I am also interested in stress relief, better flexibility, improving immunity, and learning more about yoga philosophy and yoga sutra studies.
