As a female student above 50 years of age, I am looking for a personalized approach to help me with weight loss, remedy for body pains, and stress relief. My goal is to work on general fitness while also focusing on increasing energy levels and improving immunity through regular practice. Since I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I would value a tutor who can assess my needs and guide me accordingly. I am looking to start these yoga classes immediately.
