Since I am above 50 years old, I need a tutor who understands the requirements of my age group and can guide me through postures that focus on stress relief, increased energy, and finding a remedy for body pains. My primary goals for these sessions also include general fitness, improving immunity, and weight loss. I am comfortable with online classes or meeting at my home, and I am even willing to travel for the right training. I am planning to start these yoga classes immediately.
