Since I am currently based in DLF City Phase 1 Gurgaon, I am happy to travel to your location or invite you to my home for sessions. I belong to the 22 to 50 years old age group and am eager to start yoga classes immediately. I am looking for a professional instructor who can provide personalized guidance tailored to a female student. My main focus is on building physical strength and overall wellness through a dedicated practice.
