I am looking for a professional who specializes in Ashtanga Yoga and Kriya Yoga to guide me in my fitness journey. As a female student above 50 years of age, I need someone who understands the specific needs of my age group. I am based in Sushant Lok Phase 1 Gurgaon and I am open to either having the sessions at my home or being willing to travel to a nearby studio if necessary. My plan is to start yoga classes immediately to ensure I stay healthy and active.
