Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm keen to find a Yoga instructor for home classes in Sector 57, Gurgaon. I am a female student interested in improving my general fitness through yoga. I am particularly interested in learning Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha Yoga. My age group is 22-50 years old and I plan to start Yoga classes immediately. I can do classes at my home but I am also willing to travel to a yoga studio if that works better.
