Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for a qualified Hatha Yoga instructor in Sector 56, Gurgaon. I am flexible with the location, preferring either 'My Home', or being willing to travel or take online classes. The purpose of these yoga classes is multifaceted: primarily for remedy for body pains, weight loss, and achieving general fitness, but also to improve immunity, increase energy levels, and provide stress relief.
