Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking to incorporate Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga into my routine for general fitness and increased energy. I am a male in the 22-50 years old age group and would like to start yoga classes within a month. I am open to both having the tutor come to my home and I am willing to travel.
