I am searching for a dedicated instructor to conduct yoga sessions at my home in Sector 50, Gurgaon. My goal is to focus on general fitness using a combination of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Iyengar Yoga styles. As a female student in the 22 to 50 years age group, I am looking for a professional who can provide personalized guidance to help me achieve my health targets. I plan to start these classes immediately and hope to find someone experienced who can visit me regularly to support this journey.
