As a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years, I am seeking personalized guidance to improve my health and well-being. I am flexible regarding the location and am willing to travel to my home or a suitable nearby space for the sessions. I plan to start my yoga classes immediately and would prefer a professional instructor who understands the fundamentals of Ashtanga practice.
