I am looking for an experienced and professional yoga instructor to help me improve my general fitness through regular practice. Since I am looking for online classes, I need a trainer who is comfortable conducting sessions virtually for a student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old. I am currently not sure about a specific yoga style and am open to expert guidance to determine what works best for my body.
