Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking to incorporate yoga into my routine for general fitness, weight loss, stress relief, and increased energy. I'm a female in the 22-50 age group and would like to start yoga classes immediately. I'm open to options for the location of classes whether online classes, at my home or happy to travel.
