Although my search is for pregnancy or prenatal yoga techniques, the primary goal for this male student is weight loss and overall wellness. Since we are based in Pilar Goa, I am strictly looking for online classes that can be conducted remotely. It is essential that the instructor provides a certification of completion once the course concludes.
