As a male student aged 14 to 21 years old, I am searching for a qualified instructor to guide me through sessions specifically focused on Pregnancy or Prenatal Yoga. Although the practice is specialized, my main objective is achieving sustainable weight loss. I am located in Siolim Goa and prefer to conduct these sessions through online classes. It is very important that the instructor provides a certification of completion upon finishing the course.
