I am currently seeking a professional instructor to conduct Kriya Yoga sessions at my home in Assagao, Goa. My primary goals for these classes are to improve my general fitness levels, boost my daily energy, gain better flexibility, and find a natural remedy for persistent body pains. As I am hoping to start immediately, I am quite flexible regarding the schedule and am also willing to travel if the instructor has a dedicated space nearby.
