Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for a Yoga instructor in Vasundhra, Ghaziabad. I'm open to either having the classes at my home or willing to travel to the instructor. My purpose for taking yoga classes includes general fitness, better flexibility, weight loss, stress relief, improving immunity, increased energy and as a remedy for body pains.
