Balancing my daily responsibilities and health, I'm looking for a qualified yoga instructor in Govindpuram, Ghaziabad, who can provide classes at my home or is willing to travel. I'm a female in the above 50 years age group, and I am looking for yoga sessions that will help me with remedy for body pains, general fitness, improve immunity, increased energy, and weight loss.
