Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, finding time for personal well-being has become a priority. I am looking for a Yoga instructor to conduct classes at my home in Vasundhra, Ghaziabad. My aim is to achieve better flexibility, stress relief, improved immunity, increased energy, weight loss, general fitness, and find a remedy for body pains. I am not sure about the preferred yoga style. I am a female in the age group of 22-50 years old and plan to start yoga classes immediately.
