As a male student aged between 22 and 50, I am currently seeking a professional Yoga instructor to guide me through sessions at my home located on Niwari Road, Modinagar, Ghaziabad. I am willing to travel if necessary but prefer home instruction. My primary objectives include finding a remedy for body pains, improving flexibility, boosting immunity, general fitness, increasing energy levels, managing weight, and achieving stress relief. I am not yet sure about the specific yoga style and am open to suggestions. I am ready to start immediately and look forward to learning from an experienced practitioner.
