Balancing my daily responsibilities and need to reduce stress, I'm looking for a yoga instructor to provide classes at my home in Sector 3 Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. I'm a female in the above 50 years age group and haven't practiced yoga before, so I'm not sure about any particular yoga style. I plan to start yoga classes within a month.
