I'm a female in the age group of 22-50 years and need yoga for better flexibility, general fitness, stress relief, remedy for body pains, weight loss, improve immunity and increased energy. I am not sure about the preferred yoga style but I am planning to start the yoga classes immediately. I am also willing to travel for the yoga classes.
