I am looking for a knowledgeable and experienced yoga teacher to help me dive deep into the study of Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Sutra Studies. As someone in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am eager to gain a better understanding of the traditional roots and principles of yoga. I am currently based in Ghaziabad and I am flexible with the location, as I am happy to learn at my home or I am willing to travel to your studio if that is more convenient for you. While I have not decided on a specific yoga style yet, my primary focus is the theoretical and philosophical aspect of the practice. I am planning to start these classes within a month.
