I am currently looking for an experienced and professional yoga instructor to conduct sessions at my home in Wave City, Ghaziabad. Since I am willing to travel as well, I am open to discussing the most convenient arrangement. My main goal for these yoga classes is to focus on weight loss, stress relief, and improving my overall flexibility, while also diving into yoga philosophy and yoga sutra studies to improve my general fitness. As a female student in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am looking for a trainer who can provide personalized guidance in both yoga meditation and power yoga styles.
