I am based in Indirapuram Vaibhav Khand, Ghaziabad and I am flexible enough to either practice at my home or travel to a nearby studio if required. As a male student aged 22 to 50 years old, my primary goals include finding a remedy for body pains, stress relief, general fitness, improving my immunity, increased energy, weight loss, and better flexibility.
