As a female student between 22 and 50 years old, I am specifically interested in practicing Power Yoga, Yoga Meditation, and Ashtanga Yoga to improve my overall well-being. My primary purpose for these sessions includes general fitness, weight loss, boosting my immunity, and achieving better flexibility. I am very motivated and plan to start my yoga classes immediately.
